Donations and voluntary contributions made to Samvedna
Connecting Souls are intended to support our charitable,
social, educational, community, environmental and
organisational activities.
When making a contribution, you are responsible for
providing accurate information and for ensuring that
you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Unless a specific campaign or purpose expressly states
otherwise, contributions may be applied towards the
programmes, activities and legitimate operational needs
of Samvedna Connecting Souls in furtherance of its
objectives.
Where a donation is made for a specific cause or

5. Online Payments
Online payments may be facilitated through third-party
payment service providers, including
Razorpay, and through associated banking
or payment networks.
By choosing an online payment method, you may also be
subject to the terms, policies and procedures of the
relevant payment service provider, bank, card network,
UPI service or other payment participant.
Samvedna Connecting Souls does not control the technical
operation of independent payment networks and cannot
guarantee that every attempted transaction will be
successfully authorised or completed.
A payment may fail, remain pending or be reversed because
of circumstances including bank decline, network failure,
incorrect information, payment gateway error or other
reasons outside our reasonable control.
You should not disclose your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN,
internet-banking password, OTP or other confidential
banking credentials directly to Samvedna personnel.
6. Payment Confirmation, Receipts & Records
Where applicable, Samvedna may maintain records relating
to donations and contributions, including donor details,
transaction references, contribution amounts and payment
status.
A successful message displayed by a payment gateway does
not by itself override the final transaction status
recorded by the payment processor or banking network.
If your account has been debited but you do not receive
confirmation, please contact us with the relevant
transaction reference so that the payment status can
be checked.
Donation acknowledgements, receipts or tax-related
documents, where applicable and legally available,
may require correct donor information and may be subject
to applicable statutory requirements.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Donations and voluntary contributions are generally
intended to be final once successfully processed.
However, certain exceptional circumstances may be
reviewed in accordance with our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Examples may include an accidental duplicate transaction,
an incorrect amount entered by the donor, an unauthorised
transaction reported to us, or another genuine payment
error that can reasonably be verified.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically
guarantee approval. Each eligible request may be reviewed
based on the transaction circumstances, supporting
information, applicable law and payment-provider
requirements.
Please refer to our
Refund & Cancellation Policy
for further information.
8. Programmes, Activities & Events
Information about programmes, activities, events,

or other circumstances.
Where appropriate, Samvedna may update participants
about significant changes through the contact information
provided by them.
9. Volunteers, Coordinators & Community Participation
Submission of a volunteer, coordinator or participation
enquiry does not automatically create employment,
appointment, membership, partnership or any other
contractual relationship with Samvedna Connecting Souls.
Participation may depend on programme requirements,
availability, suitability, verification, communication,
conduct expectations and other relevant considerations.
Volunteers and participants are expected to act
respectfully and responsibly towards beneficiaries,
children, community members, staff, other volunteers
and partner organisations.
Samvedna reserves the right to decline, discontinue
or restrict participation where reasonably necessary
for safety, conduct, programme integrity or the interests
of the communities with whom we work.
10. CSR & Institutional Partnerships
Information on this website regarding CSR,
institutional partnerships or collaboration opportunities

has taken place.
Specific CSR projects, funding arrangements,
responsibilities, deliverables, reporting requirements
and other conditions may be governed by separate written
proposals, agreements or documentation agreed between
the relevant parties.
11. Website Content & Intellectual Property
